A wonderful option for managing ISO image formats as well as other widely used compressed image formats on the market is UltraISO.
A user can easily manipulate a compressed image by further compressing it, writing it to a disc, mounting it on a virtual drive, creating an image from a disc, or converting it to multiple formats thanks to the application's wide range of features. Additionally, it can make bootable CDs and DVDs on top of everything else. Editing ISO images is no longer a time-consuming task because you may add and remove files from an image by dragging the relevant files inside or by pressing the Delete key on your keyboard.
When saving directly, UltraISO has the option to recompile ISO files, back them up automatically, create a file checksum upon saving the file, as well as generate an ISO image checksum (MD5, CRC-16 under TXT format, or CRC-32 under SVF format).
UltraISO can also automatically detect disc-burning software, but only if you're using one of the most popular programs for the task, Roxio or Nero. Fortunately, you can choose a program as the default for burning discs, just like you can with virtual drives.
The application's use is made more convenient and time-saving by being integrated into the Windows shell. Under the Integration tab of the Configuration menu is a list of the picture formats it can be used with.
